If you ask us, there is not much better than archery and golf. So when we decided to hold a fund raising event, we combined the two. As a club, we have passion for helping people and want our reach to extend farther. We also want to offer more to our athletes. In order to do that, we need funds. We are looking to raise money without increasing expenses for our families.
As part of our mission, we want to make archery accessible to everyone. We are in need of more equipment for our para athletes, bales, stands, a trailer to transport and store them, funding for our scholarship program, and much more. All of the coaches in our program are volunteers. This means 100% of the donations go directly to the program and it's athletes. As a 501c3 organization, your contributions are a charitable donation and can be used as a tax deduction.
Our tournament is a four person scramble that will be held on September 21st 2024 at The Ponds Golf Course in St. Francis MN. Registration will cover 18 holes of golf, a cart, a meal, and a lot of fun! We offer opportunities to save strokes with games and activities like Pay to Putt (pay one of the boys to make a putt for you and it doesn't count as a stroke), Yard of Yarn (use your yard of yarn on close putts to put your ball in the hole), and Archery Golf (a lightweight bow shot into a chipping net to determine how close you get to start. Let each person on your team show off their archery skills, or have one of our talented archers shoot for you). We want everyone to have as much fun as we do, so we offer games, a silent auction, and raffles for when you are off the course as well.
Isaac, Orion, & Asher heading out to help putt. Thanks boys!
You don't have to be a golfer to help our cause and support our athletes. We also except donations and can always use help at the event. Your generosity and volunteer hours will help us to reach our goals. Thank you!
