Lumberjacks Tournament team

 Our Tournament Team is designed for athletes who are looking for more than our recreational groups offer. We work on mental management, tournament planning and prep, goal setting, form, and more. This team has a two night a week requirement. The team practices Thursday nights at 6 pm at Average Joes Archery. The other night will be participating with your level specific recreational JOAD group. Depending on your level, you will Shoot Monday or Tuesday Night at 5:15 or 7:00.

There are five levels within the team to help create drive and motivation to keep working toward the next level and training goal. Each level accomplishment will be awarded and recognized with a patch to be added to your shirt. As part of the tournament team, archers will be required to shoot one tournament per session. A customized team jersey is included with registration.

There is an application that must be filled out by the archer along with a $120.00 one-time application fee. We feel this is important to show the archer is committed to the path they are choosing. Every archer, no matter what level they are at, is eligible for the tournament team. The tournament team does require an archer to have their own equipment. We will be providing a list of basic equipment items that are needed. The fee for the tournament team will be $350.00 per session and follow our standard 12 week per session JOAD schedule. This fee covers both nights of shooting that are required for each archer.
